REWONDER

Catalysing regenerative futures by enabling change.

We are amid interesting times, knowing we all have a role to play in transforming the ways we live and work in myriad ways, for humans to thrive on a flourishing planet.

The magnitude and pace of change we are facing is unfathomable.

To fail is unthinkable.

Amid the ambiguity, are ways that revitalise ourselves and each other, among all living beings, as part of this wondrous place.

Why would we want for anything less?

Regenerative Futures Labs and Workshops

Immersive and interactive 2 hour labs (in nature whenever we get the chance) that expand perspectives, cultivate skills and build knowledge through a series of activities and frameworks exploring:

1. Worldviews and culture

We explore some of the ways we humans make sense of the world.

Beginning with reflecting on First Nations wisdom and deep time perspectives and the genius of nature's design principles.

2.  Regenerative futures frameworks

We explore frameworks introducing regenerative practices, to scope the unique essence and potential of place and consider ways to strengthen ecological, cultural and social flourishing through professional practice and projects.

3.  Techniques to navigate ambiguity

We embed practical evidence based methods throughout the workshop to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, realistic optimism and resilience as we make sense of the changes and challenges we face in our professionals and personal lives.

Following the lab, ReWonder offers a Workshop Series for teams wanting to embed these concepts in practice and projects.

Bringing place stories to life

All places have unique stories. Stories from the deep time evolutionary interactions among the unique landscapes and waterways, the diverse life forms, ecological patterns of life, First Nations culture and contemporary human life.

These forces continually inform, shape, make and create the essence of place in an ongoing process of evolution.

By facilitating schools, communities, cities and towns to collectively sense, connect with and creatively express the stories of the places they live, work and learn, we build meaning, belonging, custodianship, resilience and ultimately peace.

Transformational approaches to strategy

Developing an organisational strategy is a unique and important opportunity for organisational and community transformation.

ReWonder’s approach to strategy development begins with understanding context and collaboratively scoping the best approach to imagine and bring the highest order of potential to life - for the organisation, it's ecosystem and community.

Beyond the important tangible outputs of developing a cohesive vision, a meaningful mission, feasible objectives and viable actions, the critical intangible outcomes emerge from building Board and staff capability though expanding worldviews, catalysing curiosity and creativity, cultivating cooperation and vitality, and amplifying shared purpose across organisations, communities and places.

Meaningful community engagement

ReWonder co-designs and facilitates engagement with diverse communities in ways that honour the ecological and cultural essence of place, respect difference, cultivates cooperation and belonging.

Specialising in approaches that amplify the voices of children, young people, future generations, other local species and ecosystems.

We also work with schools to develop their capability to routinely engage students in real life local projects.
